Uzbekistan sign contracts for supply of fruits and vegetables for US$1.2 billion

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan, according to the preliminary results of the Second International Fruit and Vegetable Fair, signed contracts for supply of fruits and vegetables to foreign countries for US$1.2 billion.

Suppliers of fruits and vegetables also in addition prepare contracts worth US$300 million.

The Second International fruit and vegetable fair was held in Tashkent from 6 to 8 September 2017.

This year, more than 350 foreign companies participated the fair, including from Russia, Belarus, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Ukraine, Sweden, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and many others.
