Uzbekistan Reinsurance Company to Issue 70 Billion Soums in Shares
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The National Reinsurance Company of Uzbekistan will carry out an additional issuance of securities totaling 70 billion soums.
The second share issue of the financial organization was officially registered by the National Agency for Perspective Projects on 22 June 2026 under registration number P1089-2.
According to the approved parameters of the material fact, the company will issue 70 million ordinary shares. The nominal value of each security is 1,000 soums.
The decision to conduct the additional issue was made on 16 June 2026 by the company's sole shareholder, represented by the National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPR) of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The new assets will be distributed through a private placement. The entire approved volume of the additional securities issuance will be fully directed and allocated to the shareholder, the NAPR, in accordance with the previously adopted unilateral decision of the agency.
