Uzbekistan Registers 313,000 Limited Liability Companies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — As of 1 November 2025, Uzbekistan is home to 399,800 commercial entities, according to the National Statistics Committee.

The largest share is held by limited liability companies (LLCs), totaling 313,043, which accounts for 78.3% of all enterprises.

Private enterprises number 46,776 (11.7%), family-owned businesses total 36,161 (9%), joint-stock companies amount to 632 (0.2%), and other organizational and legal forms include 3,199 companies (0.8%).
