Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a law ratifying the Treaty between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Hungary on extradition, which was originally signed in Budapest on 20 May 2025.

The document establishes a legal framework for cooperation between the two countries in the field of mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and is aimed at strengthening collaboration in combating crime.
