Uzbekistan prepares to celebrations of 26th anniversary of Independence

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On preparing and organizing celebrations of the 26th anniversary of the state independence of Uzbekistan” on 27 June.

Uzbek leader approved a structure of the Republican Commission on preparing and organizing celebrations of the 26th anniversary of the state independence of Uzbekistan.

The commission will develop a programme of organizational-practical, cultural-educational and information-explanation events.

The programme will include various contests, concerts and meetings. Celebrities, folk groups, dancers and other culture workers will be attracted to the celebrations.
