Uzbekistan, China Discuss New Investment Projects

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade held talks on 29 July with a Chinese delegation led by Zhang Xue, Director of the Fanlian Innovation Education and Research Center for the Real Estate Industry and Deputy Chairman of the Industry Cooperation Branch of the China Real Estate Industry Association.

The delegation included representatives of Chinese companies operating in construction and real estate, glass manufacturing, the production of doors and window systems, and interior design.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed Uzbekistan's investment potential, export opportunities for domestic manufacturers of construction materials, and prospects for implementing joint projects.

Members of the Chinese delegation were also briefed on land plots available for investment projects, as well as the existing engineering and transport infrastructure.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue jointly developing investment initiatives and advancing the practical implementation of prospective projects.
