Uzbekistan increases electricity production by 3.53%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan increased electricity generation by 3.53% in January-September 2020 compared to the same period of 2019.

In the reporting period, according to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the country’s enterprises generated more than 46.39 billion kWh of electricity.

Also, in January-September, Uzbekistan produced about 18.94 million Gcal of heat, which is 0.23% less compared to the same period of 2019.
