Uzbekistan helps organise sorbent production for cleaning from oil

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Joint venture Ekonordragmet established by Ecol Engineering Services CJSC of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and National holding company Uzbekneftegaz has launched activity, abc.az reported.

Ecol said that Ekonordragmet has begun manufacture of sorbent in Azerbaijan. Equipment for these ends was imported in July. Production capacity is 30 kg an hour. Sorbent is applied for cleaning of lands and water from oil and be used by Ecol.
