Uzbekistan exports melons and watermelons in the amount of 16.4 million US dollars

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan exported 67,800 tons of melons and watermelons in the amount of US$16.4 million in January-June 2022, according to the State Statistics Committee.

The export of melons and watermelons in the current year compared to the corresponding period in 2021 amounted to 45,100 tons (3.0 bp).

Countries to which Uzbekistan exported the most melons and watermelons in January-June this year:

Kazakhstan – 39,200 tons

Russia – 15,100 tons

Kyrgyz Republic – 11,100 tons

Belarus – 1,100 tons

Other countries – 1,300 tons
