Uzbekistan beats Iraq in friendly match

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan national football team defeated Iraq national team in a friendly match in Tashkent on 24 July.

Samvel Babayan’s side clinched a 2-1 victory over Iraq in the match, held in Bunyodkor stadium. Marat Bikmaev scored an opener on 6 minutes.

Eldor Shomurodov doubled the lead of Uzbekistan on 30 minutes. Abubakr Bayar netted the goal of Iraq on 89 minutes.
