Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for expanding cooperation during a meeting in Tashkent on 15 October 2026 between Uzbekistan's First Deputy Foreign Minister Bahromjon Aloev and N. Wigan, Director General for Defence and Security at the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
The two sides reviewed the current state of Uzbek-British relations and prospects for further developing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
The participants also exchanged views on current international and regional issues.
