Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan and financial firm Auerbach Grayson discussed accelerating privatisation in the banking and financial sector and expanding engagement with international investors.
The meeting between Uzbekistan’s Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade, Laziz Kudratov, and Auerbach Grayson President Nikhil Bhatnagar took place in Samarkand on 19 October.
The sides reviewed ways to improve the management of state-owned assets and promote Uzbekistan’s investment opportunities among foreign investors.
Particular attention was paid to expanding cooperation with foreign financial institutions and investment firms, as well as developing mutually beneficial partnerships.
