Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Mark Kristoff, CEO of US-based company Traxys.
The sides discussed further expanding their partnership, with particular attention to projects involving critical minerals and the advanced processing of raw materials.
It was noted that cooperation with Traxys had reached a new level over the past year, with the sides concluding contractual agreements and the company opening a regional office in Tashkent, its first in Central Asia.
A key area of cooperation will be the implementation of joint projects to process critical minerals more deeply and manufacture high-value-added industrial products using US technologies.
Traxys specialises in the supply of critical raw materials and minerals. The company is involved in the procurement, logistics, financing and marketing of metals and minerals, and operates in more than 20 countries.
