Uzbekistan amputee football team progresses to semifinals of the World Championship

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The national team of Uzbekistan among amputees advanced to the semifinals of the World Championship, which is taking place in Istanbul (Turkey).

In the 1/16 finals, Uzbekistan team defeated the Colombia with a score of 4:1.

The national team of Uzbekistan defeated Italy with a score of 5:1 in the quarterfinals of the World Championship.

In the semi-finals, Uzbekistan will face the winner of the match between Turkey and Morocco.
