Uzbekenego produces 55bn KWH of electricity in 2014

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Enterprises of state joint stock company Uzbekenergo produced 55 billion KWH of electricity in 2014, which rose by 2.3% compared to 2013.

The press service of the company said that Uzbekenergo’s enterprises supplied 8.2 million Gcall of heating energy in 2014 against 8 million in 2013.

The measures adopted to cut production expenses helped to cut prime cost by 14.9% in the reporting period.
