Uzbek judokas win three gold medals in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Judokas from Uzbekistan won three gold and one bronze medals on the first day of the international judo tournament of Grand Prix series in Tashkent.

Sharafiddin Lutfullaev (-60 kg), Mirzahid Farmanov (-66), and Mirali Sharipov (-73 kg) defeated all their opponents to clinch gold medals for Uzbekistan.

In women’s 48 kg competition, Nodira Gulova became a bronze medalist of the Grand Prix.

After the first day, Uzbekistan leads on general classification.
