UzAuto Motors abolishes another dealer agreement

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - UzAuto Motors JSC announces termination of the dealer agreement with Zomin-Avtosavdo LLC in connection with a number of violations of the terms of the dealer agreement.

As a result of monitoring carried out by UzAuto Motors JSC in Zomin-Avtosavdo LLC (Jizzakh), it was revealed that the dealer company made systematic errors and shortcomings, as well as gross violations of a number of points of the dealer agreement.

The company guarantees the timely and complete fulfillment of the Dealer’s obligations to the buyers under the agreements concluded between Zomin-Avtosavdo LLC and customers.

The company will continue to identify deficiencies and irregularities in the work of dealer networks.
