Russian Industry Ministry Delegation Visits Chirchiq Technopark

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) —  A delegation from Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade visited Chirchiq Chemical and Industrial Technopark, where it reviewed the site's infrastructure and the production capacity of resident companies. Chirchiq Chemical and Industrial Technopark reported.

The delegation included A.V. Smirnov, Director of the Department of Chemical Industry at Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade, and K.N. Zlygostev, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the technopark's management and specialists presented an overview of the site's operations and introduced the delegation to the activities of resident companies BCG Oz, NOVOPLAST TPE, Kmita Polymers, Zanjir Dunyosi Bijuteriya and IOTA.

The sides also discussed potential areas for further cooperation.

The technopark said the Russian delegation's visit demonstrated continued interest from the professional community in the site's industrial potential.
