Uktam Barnoev appointed as governor of Bukhara region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev appointed new governor of Bukhara region on 16 December 2016.

An extraordinary session of Bukhara regional Council of People’s Council was held on 16 December 2016. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev attended the session.

During the session, new governor of Bukhara region was appointed. Uktam Barnoev was appointed as the governor of Bukhara region. He replaced Muhiddin Esanov as this post.
