Turonbank to Raise Capital by 700 Billion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPP) registered an additional issue of Turonbank ordinary shares worth 699.999 billion soums on 20 July. The decision to place the securities was approved on 16 July 2026.

Under the registered terms of the issue, the bank will place 411,764,704 ordinary shares with a par value of 1,700 soums each. The total value of the share issue amounts to 699,999,996,800 soums.

All shares in the additional issue will be placed with the state, represented by Uzbekistan's sovereign wealth fund, at a price of 1,700 soums per share.

The additional share issue was registered on 20 July and subsequently entered into the state securities register in accordance with established procedures.
