Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- For several days of the "Silk and Spices" festival, various artisan fairs were held in Bukhara, where it was possible to evaluate and buy handicrafts, various souvenirs and, of course, silk scarves. Master classes of artisans from Bukhara and other regions of Uzbekistan were organized on the territory of historical monuments.
Various sports competitions were held in large open areas. At the same time, during the festival, scientific conferences were organized with the participation of historians and art historians, dedicated to the history, culture and preservation of the traditions of Uzbekistan.
The end of the "Silk and Spices" festival was a traditional gala concert at the Ark architectural structure, where you can hear all the richness of Uzbek folk music.
