Three Days Remain to Apply for AgriTech Gov Challenge

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Three days remain until the deadline to submit applications for the AgriTech Gov Challenge. Startups and technology teams can apply until 30 July 2026 for an opportunity to launch a pilot project in partnership with one of Uzbekistan's major agroclusters.

The initiative aims to create a unified digital ecosystem for the agricultural sector, integrating farmer education, agricultural production management, logistics, trade, exports, and financial services.

Seven challenge tracks have been published on the StartupBase platform. They include digital farmer education, agrilogistics management, a B2B marketplace for agricultural trade, farm ERP systems, financial technologies, IoT and Smart Farming solutions, and other AgriTech developments.

The Agri EdTech track covers digital educational platforms featuring learning materials, testing, digital certificates, and recommendations to improve crop yields and product quality.

Agri Logistics provides solutions for cargo and carrier matching, flight management, GPS monitoring, temperature control, transport cost calculation, and digital document management. The Agri Marketplace track plans the creation of a B2B platform connecting buyers and sellers of agricultural products, including export transactions.

The Smart Farm Management track focuses on digital management for agricultural enterprises, including land, crop, and employee tracking, machinery management, cost control, and financial analytics. AgriFinTech covers digital lending, scoring, agricultural insurance, factoring, leasing, payments, and subsidy management solutions.

The IoT and Smart Farming track focuses on agricultural automation technologies, including humidity and temperature sensors, automated irrigation management, equipment and greenhouse monitoring, and real-time data collection.

Developers of other technological solutions for the agricultural sector are also invited to participate, including those specializing in artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, exports, quality control, ESG, data analytics, and supply chain management.

Startups with an MVP or finished product, initial clients, or pilot implementations are eligible to participate. Teams are also expected to offer integration capabilities with other digital services and scaling potential within Uzbekistan's agricultural sector.

Selected projects will be able to test their products under real conditions, gain access to corporate clients, expand their customer base, and establish long-term partnerships with agroclusters.
