The Prosecutor General’s Office submits to court a criminal case on the rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Prosecutor General’s Office submitted to court a criminal case on the rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl in Yangihayot district of the capital

According to the press service of the Supreme Court, the accused is 30-year-old A. T. He is charged with the following charges:

• Intentional murder under aggravating circumstances with particular cruelty, involving rape or forcible satisfaction of a sexual need in an unnatural form in order to hide another crime or facilitate its commission;
• Intentional grievous bodily harm inflicted with particular cruelty;
• Rape of a person under the age of fourteen;
• Satisfaction of sexual need in an unnatural form with the use of violence, threats or using the helpless state of the victim under the age of fourteen;
• desecration of the grave;
• Kidnapping of a person with serious consequences;
• Violation of the rules of administrative supervision by a person in respect of whom such supervision is established, committed after the application of an administrative penalty for the same act in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The criminal case will be considered by the Yakkasaray District Court for Criminal Cases. According to the requirements of the law, the consideration of the case will take place in a closed court session in accordance with Article 19 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Uzbekistan.
