The highest flagpole in Uzbekistan installed at People’s Friendship Square

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The highest flagpole in Uzbekistan has been established at the People’s Friendship Square in Tashkent. This was reported by the press service of the hokimiyat of the city.

The height of the flagpole is 65 meters, on which the flag of Uzbekistan is flying, measuring 10 meters by 20 meters.

Now the builders continue work on the improvement of the area of People’s Friendship Square. The flagpole will be open on 22 July.
