The heads of the parliaments of Uzbekistan and Turkey hold a telephone conversation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 7 July, Chairwoman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbayeva and Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Mustafa Şentop had a telephone conversation.

During the conversation, which took place in a sincere, open and friendly atmosphere, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Mustafa Şentop congratulated his colleague Tanzila Narbayeva and, in her person, the entire Uzbek people on the holy holiday of Kurban Hayit.

During the conversation, current issues of bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation were discussed.
