Talat Valiev becomes Deputy Secretary of the Security Council

Talat Valiev has been appointed Deputy Secretary of the Security Council under the President of Uzbekistan.

In this post, he replaced Babur Shayakubov, who was relieved of his post in January and appointed head of the Academy of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan.
