Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Sonect, formerly part of the global Teleperformance group in Russia, has announced its entry into the Uzbekistan market. The expansion represents the company's first international project following its business localization and rebranding.
The company views Uzbekistan as a promising platform for developing export-oriented services and intends to obtain resident status in IT Park Uzbekistan.
According to Sonect Chief Executive Officer Ekaterina Osina, the republic provides the necessary conditions to establish a modern service center and build a strong professional team.
"We see Uzbekistan as a promising regional technology and service hub. Here, we plan to build a team of professionals capable of quickly adapting to changing market demands while delivering a high level of customer service to both Russian and international clients," Osina said.
The company plans to pay special attention to developing local specialists, particularly in the country's regions.
Sonect intends to create workplaces that meet international standards, allowing employees to develop language, communication, and digital skills while working on projects for Russian and international companies without leaving Uzbekistan.
