Some streets of Tashkent to be closed on 24 March

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- According to the Tashkent city police, on 24 March, in connection with the first international half-marathon dedicated to the Navruz holiday, the movement of vehicles will be restricted in Tashkent from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on following the streets:

Afrosiab Street from the Scientific and Educational Memorial Complex named after the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov to Oybek Street;

Oybek street from Afrosiab street to Nukus street;

Nukus Street from Oybek Street to Kodiri Street;

Kodiri Street from Nukus Street to Mustakillik Street;

Mustakillik Street to the Mirzo Ulugbek street;

Mirzo Ulugbek Street to Makhtumkuli Street;

Makhtumkuli street from Mirzo Ulugbek street to a circular road near Amir Temur public garden;

A circle near Amir Temur Square from Makhtumkuli Street to Amir Temur Street;

Amir Temur Street from the circular road near Amir Temur Square to Islam Karimov Street;

Islam Karimov Street from Amir Temur Street to Sharaf Rashidov Street;

Sharaf Rashidov Street from Afrosiab Street to the intersection with Navoi and Kodiriy Streets;

Navoi Street from Sharaf Rashidov Street to Olmazor Street;

Kodiriy Street from Sharaf Rashidov Street to Olmazor Street;

Olmazor Street from Kodirii Street to Afrosiab Street (finish at the same place where the race started from).
