Six-Year-Old Boy Returned to Uzbekistan from Russia
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A six-year-old resident of the Fergana region, who was left without parental care in Russia following his parents' deportation, has been safely returned to Uzbekistan with the assistance of the Migration Agency.
According to reports, the young boy, named Abubakr, found himself alone in Moscow after his parents, who were residing in Russia illegally, were deported from the country. Until the issue of the child's repatriation could be resolved, he remained under the care of neighbors.
Upon receiving information regarding the situation, the Fergana regional branch of the Migration Agency, in coordination with the agency’s representative office in Moscow, promptly organized the necessary administrative and legal measures.
As a result of these coordinated efforts, the child was flown back to Uzbekistan accompanied by airline personnel and successfully reunited with his relatives.
