Seminar in Beijing Discusses China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan Railway Project

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An international seminar dedicated to the management of construction and operation of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway is currently taking place in Beijing.

The event is considered strategically important for the development of regional transport infrastructure.

The seminar is attended by representatives of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Transport, Uzbekistan Railways (O‘zbekiston Temir Yo‘llari), Tashkent State Transport University, and the Transport Sector Supervision Inspectorate.

During the event, specialists from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, along with academic experts and government officials, are reviewing modern trends and innovative solutions in the railway sector.

The seminar aims to strengthen international cooperation in transport and logistics, support the development of railway infrastructure, and facilitate the exchange of experience in managing large-scale regional projects.

Special attention is being paid to harmonization of international standards in cross-border railway projects, management of high-capacity rail systems, and the introduction of innovative technologies.

Participants are also discussing technical and operational aspects of the strategically important China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan transport corridor.
