Prosecutor General’s Office not opened criminal case against Rozukulov

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Prosecutor General’s Office of Uzbekistan did not initiate a criminal case against the Deputy Prime Minister - Chairman of the Board of joint stock company “Uzavtosanoat” Ulugbek Rozukulov, the statement of the body said.

Prosecutor General’s Office denied reports of some internet edition that criminal case was opened against Ulugbek Rozukulov. It also denied reports that Rozukulov was placed to house arrest.

The body underlined that reports on opening of criminal case and house arrest of Ulugbek Rozukulov are untrue.

The statement said that currently, General Prosecutor’s Office is not working on any criminal cases against Ulugbek Rozukulov.
