President of Uzbekistan to visit Saint Petersburg

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Saint Petersburg (Russia) on 6 December 2018. This was reported by the press service of the head of Uzbekistan.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take part in an informal meeting of the heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

The meeting of the CIS heads of states will take place in an informal setting. Leaders will meet and will pose for pictures, the Assistant to the President of Russia Yury Ushakov noted.

Ushakov said that an informal conversation would then take place, in which every member of the CIS could raise any issue. This meeting will be held in a friendly lunch format.

He stressed that all CIS countries will be present at the highest level.
