Uzbekistan cuts oil and gas condensate output by 18.7% in Jan-Sep

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan decreased oil and gas condensate output by 18.7% year-on-year in January-September 2010 to 2.8 million tones, the State Statistics Committee of the country said.
In the reporting period, Uzbekistan cut petroleum production by 11% to 1.066 million tones and kerosene output by 9.2% to 272,500 tonnes, the State Statistics Committee said.
The committee said that Uzbekistan produced 855,100 tonnes of diesel fuel (-10.8%) and 49,000 tonnes of engine oil (+2.9%) in nine months of 2010.
Production of liquefied gas grew by 0.2% to 188,300 tonnes in January-September 2010. In the reporting period, Uzbekistan produced 45.112 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 2.9% down year-on-year.
