Ohangaronshifer raises charter capital to 1.231bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ohangaronshifer open joint stock company increased its charter capital to 1.231 billion soums. Earlier, the authorized capital was 246.266 million soums.

The company issued 221,639 ordinary shares and 24,627 preferential shares with the par value of 5,000 soums each.

The company said it will convert old shares with lower value to new shares with higher value of shareholders. At the same time, the company will direct 985.064 million soums of undistributed income to pay difference.
