More than 720 thousand passengers used the services of Afrosiab

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Over 720,000 passengers used the services of the Afrosiab train in the first half of 2023.

According to the Statistical Agency, in January-June 2023, the Afrosiab high-speed train transported 14.6% of the total number of passengers transported by rail for all types of communications or 720.0 thousand passengers. 

On average, 4.0 thousand passengers used this type of transport per day.
