Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — EY has appointed Daniyar Adigamov as a partner of the EY-Parthenon practice in Uzbekistan.
In his new role, he will be responsible for developing business and asset valuation, financial modelling and economic analysis, transaction support, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring services in Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Daniyar Adigamov has more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, business valuation, forensic services and audit. During his professional career, he has completed more than 400 projects across various sectors of the economy.
His professional expertise includes supporting clients in the financial sector, telecommunications industry, energy, mining and infrastructure projects. He has led projects involving M&A transactions, restructuring of financial institutions, development of corporate strategies, capital raising and business transformation.
Adigamov has also been involved in establishing and developing financial advisory practices in CIS countries, leading cross-functional teams and working with boards of directors, shareholders and company executives on strategic development issues. His experience also includes business valuation projects, preparing companies for international capital markets and supporting organizations during periods of growth, transformation and restructuring.
EY partner and EY-Parthenon leader for Central Asia and the Caucasus Timur Pulatov said that Central Asia remains one of the most promising regions for investment and business development.
According to him, Daniyar Adigamov’s experience in corporate finance, transaction support and strategic consulting will allow the company to expand its ability to support clients and contribute to the further development of EY-Parthenon’s practice in the region.
