Monument to Sabir Rakhimov returns to its historical place

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A solemn event dedicated to launch of the monument to Major General Sabir Rakhimov took place in Tashkent on 8 May. The monument was returned to its historic place.

A huge number of people gathered to the event, among them were veterans, youth, representatives of the khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent, as well as the military, who gathered to pay tribute to the memory of the general.

The watered and greened territory, undoubtedly, will turn into one of the favorite places for the inhabitants of our capital!
