Modern Pentathlon Federation registered in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Modern Pentathlon Federation was registered in Uzbekistan, the statement of the federation said.

Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan registered the Modern Pentathlon Federation on 10 February 2017. Farrukh Fazliev became the President of the Federation.

Sandjar Kurbanov became the secretary-general of the Modern Pentathlon Federation of Uzbekistan.

The modern pentathlon is an Olympic sport that comprises five different events: fencing, 200m freestyle swimming, show jumping, and a final combined event of pistol shooting and a 3200m cross-country run.
