According to information published by state authorities, on 7 June 2026, four men aged between 20 and 23 forced a underage girl into a Damas vehicle, took her to a field, and committed a crime against her.
The victim turned to law enforcement agencies on the same day.
On 8 June 2026, an investigative group from the district department of internal affairs examined the scene of the incident, seized physical evidence, and ordered forensic medical, biological, and psychological examinations.
Initially, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of article 128 of the Criminal Code. All four suspects have been detained, and investigative actions are continuing.
According to the National Agency for Social Protection, the victim is receiving psychological assistance at the Inson Social Services Center.
Legal, social, and psychological support is being provided to her family. The child ombudsman reported that they are keeping the investigation under control and monitoring compliance with the rights of the minor.
The office of the child ombudsman also urged the public to refrain from distributing details of the case, as this could violate the rights, dignity, and interests of the child.
