Ministry of Internal Affairs: International Search for Ravshan Mukhitdinov Cancelled

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The international search for businessman Ravshan Mukhitdinov, widely known as "Ravshan Zolotoy," has been cancelled as investigators found no evidence to substantiate his guilt. Dilmurod Mirsadikov, Deputy Head of the Tashkent Main Department of Internal Affairs (GDVD), announced this during a press conference at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to Mirsadikov, the criminal case against Mukhitdinov was initially initiated in 2021, after which he was placed on the wanted list. Later, the portion of the criminal case concerning the businessman was dismissed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution.

Following the receipt of additional complaints, law enforcement agencies resumed search operations and continued their investigative activities.

However, the investigation concluded that the allegations against Ravshan Mukhitdinov could not be verified, leading to the official cancellation of the international search, the Tashkent GDVD representative stated.

In April 2026, the 37-year-old businessman's name appeared on Interpol’s "Red Notice" list. At that time, the charges brought against him included the intentional destruction or damage of property, the creation of or participation in an organized armed group, and hooliganism.
