Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- As of 23:30 on 16 September 2020, the number of registered cases of coronavirus infections in Uzbekistan reached 49,162 (+147).

Today in the city of Tashkent, the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Andijan, Tashkent, Namangan, Kashkadarya, Samarkand, Syrdarya, Surkhandarya and Bukhara regions, only 416 people have recovered.

Currently, of the 49,162 patients identified, 45,474 have recovered, and the country’s recovery rate from coronavirus is 92 percent.

Of the 3,279 patients currently undergoing treatment in medical institutions, 469 are in critical condition and 259 are in critical condition.
