The central theme of the negotiations was the progress of a high-tech project being implemented in Uzbekistan for the processing of solid municipal waste to generate clean, eco-friendly energy. The meeting participants analyzed in detail the current stages of the project, financing structures, and the integration of advanced Chinese technologies into the republic's municipal utility framework.

Additionally, Laziz Kudratov and Wang Bo reviewed strategic prospects for expanding their joint project portfolio. The energy, environmental, and water management sectors were designated as priority directions for future cooperation. The sides placed special emphasis on opportunities for securing long-term financing and constructing large-scale infrastructure facilities utilizing public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms.

Following the negotiations, the leadership of the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade (MIPT) and representatives of the Chinese state corporation reconfirmed their firm commitment to further strengthening mutually beneficial relations.
