Kogondonmahsulotlari to place shares for 606.966m soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Kogondonmahsulotlari open joint stock company, processor of grain and producer of flour, will place shares for 606.966 million soums.

Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

The company will issue 303,498 ordinary shares with par value of 2,000 soums each within the emission. Total volume of the issue is 606.966 million soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription and all shares will be handed over to Bukhara territoria; branch of the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

According to the prospectus of emission, the charter capital of the company makes up 79.004 million soums.
