Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — International company iSON Xperiences is considering Uzbekistan as a location for launching an offshore customer service centre. The project’s initial stage envisages creating 100 jobs for Russian-speaking specialists.

The company’s plans were discussed by Uzbekistan’s Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov and iSON Xperiences Chief Operating Officer Rami Sweis during the Global Business Services Forum 2026. The sides also discussed prospects for long-term cooperation in outsourcing and global business services.

Founded in 2011, iSON Xperiences specialises in customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The company has more than 18,000 employees in 19 countries, operates more than 40 delivery centres and handles more than 50 million customer interactions each month for international brands.

In Uzbekistan, the company plans to launch its first project focused on serving international clients. At the initial stage, the support centre will employ 100 Russian-speaking specialists.

iSON Xperiences plans to subsequently expand its teams to serve customers in English, German, Turkish and other languages. The company also plans to gradually expand its presence in Uzbekistan.

IT Park Uzbekistan presented iSON Xperiences representatives with support measures available to international BPO companies.

These include tax incentives, assistance with recruiting and training specialists, and project support at all stages of implementation.

The sides also discussed further steps to launch the project and develop long-term cooperation.

The ministry said the project could help attract investment, create skilled jobs and expand Uzbekistan’s export potential in the BPO sector.
