Karomat Omonova Sets Asian Record and Wins World Championship

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Uzbekistan para-athletics team secured another medal at the ongoing World Championship in New Delhi, India.

In the women’s F46 shot put event, 20-year-old Karomat Omonova achieved a throw of 13.07 meters, surpassing all competitors and setting a new Asian record.
