Ipak Yoli Bank places shares for 6bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ipak Yoli open joint stock innovation commercial bank (Ipak Yoli Bank) fully placed shares for 6 billion soums, the press service of the Uzbek bank said.

According to the bank, Ipak Yoli Bank completed placement of issued shares of additional emission for 6 billion soums in December 2010.

The bank’s press service said that Ipak Yoli Bank’s charter capital reached 29 billion soums (US$1 - 1640.55 soums).

Within the placed emission, Ipak Yoli Bank placed 60 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each.
