Information on the state social order is published without fail

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A Government resolution “On measures to further improve the mechanisms of social partnership and public control” was adopted.

According to the resolution, by 1 December 2022, the following mechanisms for implementing social partnership and public control will be introduced on the e-ngo.uz electronic portal:

- participation of NGOs in the development of programs, monitoring of their implementation, submission to the responsible state bodies of a document to be considered based on the results of monitoring, proposals on draft laws;

- placement on the electronic portal of the results of consideration of NGO proposals for programs;

- sending documents prepared by NGOs based on the results of public control to state bodies and publishing the results of their consideration.

From 1 January 2023, state bodies and organizations must post on the electronic portal:

- projects of socio-economic programs;

- announcements on the provision of the state social order to NGOs for the implementation of projects;

- applications sent to public funds for the next year;

- the results of the state social order, the state of spending.

This electronic portal was developed by the Ministry of Justice in order to provide online services to non-governmental non-profit organizations.
