InFinBank registers shares for 7bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Open joint stock commercial bank “Invest Finans Bank” (InFinBank) will place shares for total sum of 7 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 15 March 2012.

According to the prospectus of the emission, the bank will float 7 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 7 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription. At the same time, shareholders will have primary right to buy shares.
