Hamroh Invest distribute net income for 2012

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Investment fund open joint stock company Hamroh Invest distributed net income of the company for 192.208 million soums in 2012.

According to the company, the shareholders directed 5% of net income or 9.61 million soums to formation of reserve fund and 3% or 5.766 million soums to remuneration of Supervisory Council, and 0.15% or 300,000 to remuneration of revision commission.

The company also issued 3% of net income or 5.766 million soums to remuneration of the executive body.

Shareholders of Hamroh Invest directed 30.89% or 59.374 million soums to payment of dividends. The size of the dividend per share makes up 35% soums or 10% of par value (350 soums). Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 1,696,414 units.

Other part of net income at the size of 111.39 million was undistributed.
