Hamkorbank increases profit by nearly 19% in Q1 2026

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In the first quarter of 2026, Hamkorbank recorded growth in key financial indicators, maintaining positive dynamics in profitability and asset expansion.

The bank’s net profit amounted to 467.7 billion soums, which is 18.9% higher compared to the same period last year. Over the past 12 months, the indicator increased by 18.6%, reaching 1.8 trillion soums.

Total assets increased to 38.6 trillion soums, showing a 30.5% year-on-year growth. Capital rose to 7.2 trillion soums, up 29.1%, while total income amounted to 2.7 trillion soums, which is 17.4% higher than a year earlier.

The provision for potential credit losses decreased to 219.8 billion soums, down 13.9% year-on-year.

The loan portfolio as of the beginning of March 2026 reached 25.8 trillion soums, increasing by 33.7%.

At the same time, the share of non-performing loans (NPLs) decreased from 1.5% to 0.9%, indicating an improvement in the quality of the loan portfolio.
